Finding the right caregiver is a journey. We take as much time as you need to identify the best candidates for your situation. Our mission is to create a long-lasting, caring connection between your loved one and their caregiver.
We begin with an extensive in-person or phone assessment to understand your particular needs and goals. Once we understand medical needs, as well as personality preferences, we identify the best candidates for your loved one.
Next we provide you with personalized profiles for each caregiver candidate. Once you identify candidates you feel might be a match for your loved one we schedule in-person or online interviews. Then you decide who to hire.
After you chose a caregiver Silver Lining Care Solutions will continue to be available to answer any questions and offer solutions. We also work with you to ensure that you are in compliance with state and federal payroll, disability and workers compensation laws. Silver Lining Care Solutions will not make any changes to your schedule unless requested.
Silver Lining Care Solutions is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to to cover your caregiver’s absence or replacement for the duration of employment. We are also available during office hours to answer any questions and offer referrals to other aging life care professionals.
